What used to be Accelerated Concepts is now Digi. Corporate Armor has partnered with them for years. Starting at just $549, the Digi 6350-SR is a device that serves as a failover solution by retrofitting your infrastructure for cellular network access.
Coupled with a dedicated internet connection, the Digi 6350-SR provides dual-WAN connectivity. In other words, backup.
Businesses rely on fast, stable internet connections for everything. Things like sales processing, inventory management and communications. Every minute of network downtime impacts the bottom line, so it is crucial to be ready for network outages. Because it’s not a matter of IF an outage will happen, but when, and for how long. The Digi 6350-SR protects against downtime by automatically switching to a secondary cellular carrier should the primary SIM lose Internet access. To that end, the 6330-MX is powered by the Digi® CORE 1002-CM 4G LTE plug-in modem, with dual SIM slots.

More than just failover
The 6350-SR combines enterprise-grade router functionality with LTE connectivity at a competitive price. As a result, iyou can use it as a primary 4G/LTE data connection as well as a backup network solution. By adding a Digi 6350-SR to your network, any Ethernet device can utilize fast and convenient cellular data.
It is very suitable for high-traffic pop-up sites like small clinics and treatment facilities. Anywhere that wireless WAN connectivity is necessary, and even individual work-from-home situations involving sensitive data or communications.
It also has many, more traditional uses, such as retail stores or pop-up shops where there is a lack of wired connectivity. The 6350-SR features multiple WAN connectivity options with load balancing and failover.
Compare the 6350-SR to the 6330-MX
They feature the same 4G LTE certified Digi CORE 1002-CM plug-in modem. The 6350-SR can connect to mobile networks using the 4G LTE standard that best suits its given use case. For example, larger locations and data-intensive applications may turn to the LTE-Advanced (Category 6) version of the Digi 1002-CM CORE modem. This gives the fastest cellular speeds commercially available. On the other hand, others may opt for the cost-saving deployment of a standard LTE (Category 4) connection.
The 6350-SR has 5 Gigabit Ethernet ports, including an RS-232 serial port for out-of-band console management. The 6330-MX has 3 Ethernet ports. They both have a USB 2.0 port. It is also offered in Wi-Fi.
Digi CORE Swappable 4G LTE modems
The Digi CORE plug-in LTE modem allows you to select the cellular connection that best meets you speed, budget, and geographic requirements. The modular nature of the Digi CORE plug-in modem helps head off technological obsolescence by allowing you to upgrade to newer LTE standards without replacing Digi 6350-SR. When you need faster connectivity, you can just simply upgrade your modem instead of buying a whole new 6330-MX.
