WatchDog provides the safety net to ensure your network availability remains high and outages are few. They are WatchDog End-User Premium Support, Partner Premium Support and Hardware Advance Replacement. End User and Standalone AP Support are available for Access Points that are not connected to / managed by a controller.
These plans augment the Limited Lifetime Warranty included with most Ruckus Wireless ZoneFlex products. WatchDog Premium delivers premium web support with an online knowledge base, complete documentation and user forums. The Ruckus T350 is designed with more variety than any other outdoor AP in the market today. It’s perfect for high density outdoor public venues such as airports, convention centers, plazas, malls, smart cities, and other dense urban environments.
It’s available with either internal omni directional antennas or internal high gain directional antenna models. And, the T350 uses patented Ruckus antenna optimization and interference mitigation technologies. These improve throughput, connection reliability, and deliver industry-leading Wi-Fi 6 performance to every connected client.
The T350 is an entry-level Wi-Fi 6 2×2:2 outdoor access point with a 1.8 Gbps max data rate. It pushes a maximum data rate of 574 Mbps at 2.4 GHz, and 1.2 Gbps at 5 GHZ.
