Ruckus R760 WatchDog EndUser support 3yr – Ruckus offers excellent, responsive worldwide technical support for its Smart Wi-Fi systems. They offer several WatchDog support programs, designed to meet the needs of Enterprise, Education, Hospitality, and many other customers.
WatchDog provides the safety net to ensure your network availability remains high and outages are minimized. They are WatchDog End-User Premium Support, Partner Premium Support and Hardware Advance Replacement. End User and Standalone AP Support are available for Access Points that are not connected to / managed by a controller.
These plans augment the Limited Lifetime Warranty included with most Ruckus Wireless ZoneFlex products. WatchDog Premium delivers premium web support with an online knowledge base, complete documentation and user forums. The R760 is Ruckus’ highest capacity tri band, tri concurrent Wi-Fi 6E access point. It supports 12 spatial streams (4×4:4 in 6GHz, 4×4:4 in 5GHz, 4×4:4 in 2.4GHz). With OFDMA, TWT and MU-MIMO capabilities, it efficiently manages up to 1,536 client connections with increased capacity, improved coverage and performance in ultra-high dense environments. Furthermore, a 10 Gbps multi-gigabit Ethernet port mitigates backhaul capacity bottlenecks.
The R760 takes advantage of the 6 GHz band via three dedicated radios. It is based on the latest Wi-Fi 6E standard, bridging the performance gap from ‘gigabit’ Wi-Fi to ‘multi-gigabit’ Wi-Fi.
