The Tripp Lite OMNISMART1050MX 1050VA Line-Interactive UPS provides reliable battery backup and AC power protection. It guards against blackouts, brownouts, overvoltages, surges and line noise that can damage valuable electronics or destroy data.
The four outlet 120V battery backup is ideal protection for your home office, media center or other components. This includes computers, routers, printers, HDTVs, Blu-ray players, game consoles, ATMs, security systems and digital signage equipment.
The OMNISMART1050MX allows you to work through short power failures. It gives you enough time to safely save files and shut down your system in case of a blackout. Backup time varies, but internal battery should keep a half load (270W) powered as long as nine minutes. A full load (540W) could go for up to 3.6 minutes.
During normal operation, the replaceable internal battery stays fully charged, so backup power will always be available.
12 NEMA 5-15R Outlets Protect Your Connected Components
Six of the 5-15R outlets provide battery backup, surge protection and voltage regulation for your computer, monitor and other crucial components. The other six 5-15R outlets provide surge suppression for printers, speakers and other equipment regarded as non essential. In addition, RJ45 jacks protect a telephone/DSL dial-up or 10BaseT Ethernet connection.
Tripp Lite and Double-Boost AVR
This UPS boasts a double boost, single-cut AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulation) circuit. It is designed specifically for the LATAM region. It protects your equipment from gradual hardware damage, data loss and performance problems caused by brownouts and overvoltages. Slight under voltages as low as 93V are boosted by 13%. More severe brownouts as low as 78V are increased by 35%.
A voltage cut of 16% reduces UPS output during overvoltage conditions as high as 152V. And all while keeping the battery fully charged and ready to take over in case of power failure.
600 Joules Fight Back Against Unexpected Power Surges
A 600 joule surge suppression rating protects connected components from the harmful effects of power surges. And a >98.3% efficiency rating reduces BTU emissions, energy consumption and, ultimately, your energy costs.
