Tripp Lite 3-Phase UPS System Premium Warranty Service Contracts – Primary Battery Cabinet Only 60k/80k – Technical support – preventive maintenance (for three-phase 208 volt UPS suite (60 or 80 KVA) including primary battery cabinet) – 1 year – on-site –
One-year basic service contract including one annual major preventive maintenance visit performed during evening or week-end hours, one annual minor preventive maintenance visit performed during evening or week-end hours for 3 phase, 208 Vac or 480 Vac, 60 KVA or 80 KVA UPS suite including primary battery cabinet, and one year on site “break/fix” warranty service, 24-by-7 basis for UPS power module only for locations within 350 miles of service area. Excludes replacement batteries. Additional charges apply for additional battery cabinets. PREREQUISITE: Purchase of Tripp Lite start up service at time of UPS suite activation or preventive maintenance service and correction of out of specfication conditions at customer expense prior to activation of warranty renewal.
