Return Policy

General Return Policy

  • Corporate Armor Technologies, LLC (“we” or “our”) Standard Return Policies are applicable only to eligible products (see below) purchased by you directly from the Corporate Armor Technologies, LLC website.
  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  You may obtain a RMA number by contacting Corporate Armor Technologies, LLC Customer Care at 877-449-0458 or by sending a request to [email protected].
  • Products that are not eligible for return are outlined below:
    • Any product not purchased from Corporate Armor Technologies, LLC  
    • Any product that is not returnable according to the manufacturer’s policies (see list below)
    • Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
    • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage
    • Expedited shipping costs are Non-Refundable
  • Items received without a RMA authorization are also ineligible. All unapproved returns shipped back to us or the vendor will be returned at the expense of the sender.

Standard Return Policy

Items covered by this policy (those products for which Corporate Armor Technologies, LLC states “This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only“) must be returned to Corporate Armor Technologies, LLC within 30 days of the shipment date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Corporate Armor Technologies, LLC, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

  • Return for refund within: 30 days of shipment date
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days of shipment date
  • Restocking Fee:  15% minimum, actual terms may vary
  • Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable and returned products will be shipped at the customer’s expense

Non-Returnable/Refundable Policy

Items covered by this policy (those products for which Corporate Armor Technologies, LLC states “This item may NOT be returned for any reasons“) are non-returnable/non-refundable per the manufacturer’s policies.
