- Purpose of Business
The main purpose of the Corporate Armor Connect & Fix software is to allow IT professionals and helpdesk technicians (“Operator”) to establish remote desktop sessions over the Internet for their business purposes, i.e. to provide technical support to their customers (“Client”) remotely.
- License Agreement
Before using Corporate Armor Connect & Fix software, be sure to read and accept the License Agreement (LA). By accepting these Terms of Service you also agree to our License Agreement (LA).
- Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Corporate Armor is committed to providing prompt and reliable services. Please refer to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for details.
We reserve the right to change or supplement these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website along with the date when they become effective. In the event that the modifications materially alter your rights or obligations thereunder, we will make our best efforts to notify you of the change.
