What used to be Accelerated Concepts is now called Digi. Corporate Armor has partnered with them for years, and now we’re going to talk some about the Digi 6300-CX. The 6300-CX is the entry-level of Digi’s 6300-series of devices. It can be used as a primary 4G/LTE data connection or as a backup network solution to streamline business continuity.
When attached to Digi 6300-CX, any Ethernet device can utilize fast and convenient cellular data. It’s not necessary to co-locate the 6300-CX with other telecommunications equipment. It can be optimally located for the strongest cellular reception.
The Digi 6300-CX is suitable for high-traffic sites like small clinics offices. Anywhere that wireless WAN connectivity is required, and even individual work-from-home situations involving sensitive data or communications.
It also has many, more traditional uses, such as retail stores or pop-up shops where there is a lack of wired connectivity. The 6300-CX has an embedded cellular modem that supports 4G/LTE and 3G connectivity and EV-DO failback.

Speaking of set-up, the Digi centralized management platform provides easy setup, configuration and support for installations of all Digi devices. It takes just minutes to be up and running. The Digi Remote Manager® offers web-based device management to securely monitor and control network health after deployment.
Deployments are streamlined due to the installation accessories. There’s a disposable battery pack for site survey, PoE injector for optimal placement/best cellular reception, and a mounting bracket. It’s everything you need for a quick and easy install.
Compare the 6300-CX to the 6310-DX
The 6300-CX has a single 10/100 Base-T Dynamic Ethernet port, whereas the 6310-DX has two. In addition, the 6310-DX runs LTE-Advanced, standard LTE, or LTE with EV-DO fallback. The 6300-CX has just LTE with EV-DO failback. And because of the 6310’s CORE 1002-CM plug-in modem, it is somewhat more upgradeable than the 6300-CX.
