Ruckus H550 Surface Mount Bracket – Ruckus offers excellent, responsive worldwide technical support for its Smart Wi-Fi systems. There are two support plans. They are End User WatchDog Premium Support and WatchDog AP Advanced Hardware Replacement.
These plans augment the Limited Lifetime Warranty included with most Ruckus Wireless ZoneFlex products. WatchDog Premium delivers premium web support with an online knowledge base, complete documentation and user forums. In addition, Ruckus Wireless tech support professionals are available via phone, email, support web or chat.
Through the Support Web, Ruckus Wireless makes the latest software updates available to customers. These include bug fixes and maintenance releases. WatchDog Premium Support customers receive access to software upgrades for the products they purchased as well as invitations to participate in Beta programs.
Plus, they also receive advanced hardware replacement on controllers if required. WatchDog AP Advanced Hardware Replacement is available to those requiring advanced replacement on the Access Points.

The H350 is a wall mount access point, IoT gateway and Ethernet switch. It makes it easy to support the most demanding in room connectivity requirements. It boasts 3×1 GbE Ethernet ports to connect multiple in room wired devices, without extra cabling and add supports for Zigbee® and Bluetooth® Low Energy. And it can be discretely installed over a standard electrical outlet.
This access point supports 512 concurrent users and two radios. It pushes a maximum data rate of 574 Mbps at 2.4 GHz, and 1.2 Gbps at 5 GHZ, for a combined maximum data rate of 1.774 Gbps.
